Coca cola lottery a scam?

I got an email on June 3rd from cocacola-eboard@live.co.uk. It states that a lottery has been won through email screening and verification matching test conducted for online winners. There is an approved winning certificate number as well and transfer identification code. And it states that the winners were selected through a computer ballot system drawn from an exclusive list of 20110 email addresses to promote the coorporation between United Kingdom and countries worldwide. Citi bank is to handle the winning. Iv just summarised what the email said. And I should point out we ourselves didnt add our name to any lottery. Does this seem valid at all? And can someone guide me to the actual citibank website.
