What do you think of my idea?

its not a bad idea but u probably wouldnt want to set it millions of years ahead. and im no science genious (at all) but from what i know the Earth's atmosphere is what keeps UV rays from the Sun from reaching Earth, not controlling gravity. but i dunno like i said im no genious.
