What is better to get a US 3DS or a JP 3DS?

im planing on buying a 3DS once i saved up money for one! which is better because i know that its region lock now and Japan has many other titles that US that may or may not release! i have another question does anybody have a JP 3DS and is the charger the same as type as the US or will i need my dsi charger?? If i do get a jp 3ds ill plaing to buy it off play-asia? another thing im also saving up for a PS Vita !!!! haha damn its a b*tch to save up these day! The only bad thing about getting a jp 3ds is that i have to buy all my games online -_-
