Does the flynn effect mean we really cannot measure raw or genetic intelligence?

How wrong you are about the public schrools that don't put much emphasis on the sciences but instead push political correctness. If what you say is true then they should be teaching calculus in Jr. High instead of advanced arithmetic to seniors. Half of them go on to college were they have to take remedial summer courses to catch up with the rest of the student population. So don't blame the books, blame the liberals who need to teach to the whole class at the pace of the lowest common denominator. No student in high scroool is allowed to flunk. LOL a sad state of affairs to be sure.
