Lady Gaga album is not a flop so why do people say it is?

Its doing really good in countries out of the USA. It so far sold worldwide over 5 million copies and it has only been out for a month! :) So not a flop. And the single that came out before the album sucked but the other songs in the album are so good. I'm sure this album will be a hit :) What do you think? I'm estimating it to sell 10 million copies minimum and 20 million max in 1 year after all the singles, tour, and promotion. What do you think?
