I know there were rumors about it, but will there be some program(s) to help you transfer UMDs to a memory?

I own a PSP 1000, and I'm looking foward to purchase the PS Vita. The PS Vita DOES NOT use UMDs and I'm worried that my favorite games will not make it to the library, for free of course. I don't want to pay for the same game twice. I've checked the PS Store, and all of my games (R&C: Size Matters, Secret Agent Clank, Daxter, Burnout: Dominator, Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, and Little Big Planet) are in the store. So all I need to know is: When I buy the PS Vita, will I be able to get my games on the momry stick or whatever it will have, maybe the LiveArea?
