New Psp Game Boxes good Idea or bad Idea?

Ok Now you know how the Psp Go and the Psp Vita wont allow Umds? Well why dont they just make Psp Game boxes but there wont be a disk in it. Instead there well be a manual of the game and a paper of the Game Code so you can enter it on the PSN I know there well be problems like if the PSN is down. But what do you think of my Idea?
