probably not, as it wud be wrong for employers to judge you n almot make their mind up by how u look before interviewing u, although some could do that but don't woory about that. it could be so that they can put a face to the cv and so wen they see u in person, they'll be able to remember you n an verify that the person who sent in the cv is you n that ur not filling in for someone else and pretending u got fake qualifications and/or skills.
