I orderd something from amazon they deleted my account will it still come?

Im not sure they deleted my account , but it wont let me log in. Okay here's what i bought. I pre-ordered MW3, pre-ordered Battlefield 3 - Pre ordered a playstation vita. Pre- ordered sly 4 theives in time. Bought medal of honor. Also bought a turtle beach headset. It cost just 500 all together. Like an hour after I bought it they just wont let me sign in. Im sure i have the right email and password. Can someone fricking help me im pissed. I want MW3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
