What do you think about the Playstation Vita?

The Vita is already being marketed way better then the PSP ever was, and Sony NAILED the pricing point for it. This may be the first time Nintendo actually sweats over the other handheld competition. Still, in a world where smart-phones and apps are now the norm, it'll be interesting to see if the Vita or the 3DS even matter in a year or 2.
